Digital Marketing Specialist
MBN Financial Services Inc (Northfield, IL) seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to research, plan, and implement digita lmarketing and advertising campaigns. Specific duties include:
✓ researching advertising trends;
✓ researching competitors’ pricing and products;
✓ deciding on appropriate placement of ads;
✓ determining what content will reach customers;
✓ developing projects to create content;
✓ publishing digital marketing content online;
✓ implementing email marketing campaigns;
✓ measuring digital traffic;
✓ measuring effectiveness of marketing strategies and practices;
✓ monitoring social media and Google Analytics;
✓ optimizing paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools;
✓ reporting on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders;
✓ managing campaigns to maximize ROI;
✓ monitoring project status and budget;
✓ conducting market research;
brainstorming and implementing experiments and conversion tests. Option to work remotely is available.
Position requires a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Communications, or closely related filed, or foreign equivalent, plus 2 years of experience in the job offered, or as Social Media Manager, Media Relations Manager, or related occupations Must have 2 years of experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
Specific experience must include each of the following:
✓ managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns;
✓ working with SEO tools and strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic;
✓ implementing and analyzing email marketing campaigns, with a focus on increasing engagement and conversion rates;
✓ developing and publishing digital content;
✓ working with Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions;
managing social media accounts and creating engaging social media content. Option to work remotely 50% of time is available.
